Freedom were appointed by Chelsea FC in 2006 to service, maintain and repair their electrical distribution equipment and plant.

These works involve 6 monthly visits to site to undertake sub-station inspections which involves non-intrusive diagnostic testing of their switchgear and transformers as well as tripping battery inspections. In addition, incorporated into the agreement Freedom undertakes full 4 yearly maintenance and protection testing of all of Chelsea FC’s HV electrical assets covered by the agreement.
Freedom also provides Chelsea FC with 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year emergency callout cover. This means that if there are any equipment failures or faults, Freedom will have an engineer, ready to attend site within 4 hours.
