Freedom is responsible for the maintainenance and construction of all EDF Energy's Overhead Line assets, across 100% of the network (East of England and South East).
The Scope includes a full turnkey solution including asset condition assessment, design, and consents, construction, maintenance and data management.
We currently have around 350 resources deployed on the contract including 30 Project Managers, Programme Managers Surveyors, designer and Support Staff
The framework is managed utilising is a combination of NEC 3 PSC and ECC contracts
