Freedom's parent company Spice Limited, a leading provider of infrastructure support services to the Utility and Energy sectors, has unveiled a new corporate identity as part of plans to underpin future growth.
Freedom's parent company Spice Limited, a leading provider of infrastructure support services to the Utility and Energy sectors, has unveiled a new corporate identity as part of plans to underpin future growth.
From 12th September 2011, the company, which was acquired during December 2010 by leading European buyout firm Cinven, will be known as EnServe Group Limited.
The Company is recognised as a leading provider of support services, working in partnership with a large number of commercial, public and utility organisations and operating from more than 30 locations across the United Kingdom.
EnServe Chief Executive Officer David Owens said:
