Carbon
Climate change is increasingly recognised as a serious world-wide threat. Effective management and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is high on the Freedom's agenda as we realise the way in which we operate has an impact on global emissions. It is our policy to reduce the direct emissions in areas we have the greatest impact, these are
- Employee business travel
- Fleet fuel usage
- Energy consumption in our offices
We are actively monitoring and setting targets to reduce our Carbon Footprint, we also recognise the importance of reporting our carbon emissions externally. We are constantly seeking ways to improve our carbon emissions performance by implementing innovative technology and proactively managing the way we work.
The management of carbon emissions is a long-term commitment within Freedom and also supports our EARTH LAW ethos.
