- Design, specification, tender documentation and bid evaluation for an O&M management contract.
- Design, specification, tender documentation and bid evaluation for a MIS.
- Conduct of technical studies of the transmission network, identifying constraints, preparing recommendations for improvement; planning and evaluating developments necessary to accommodate additional generation.
- Review of the business plan, refining and developing this to reflect the changing dynamics of the sector.
- Identification of training and development needs and provision of training.
