The plant was in situ but it was critical that its dispatch should be optimised to maximise utilisation - and hence the availability of least cost electricity to customers.
Tasks included:
- Audit of existing control and dispatch regime and feasibility study
- System specification, tender/bid evaluation
- Project management and installation of SCADA to time, cost and quality standards
- Commissioning and testing
- Operator training and assessment.
