No compromise approach
The safety of our personnel, and those affected by all our undertakings, is paramount and at the forefront of everything that we do. Freedom has adopted a no compromise approach to safe working in that there is no task that will be undertaken that cannot be done without guaranteeing the safety of everyone involved or affected.
Safety management system
The company minimises health and safety risks to staff and others through the implementation and management of a management system certified to BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
Behavioural change programme
We have a behavioural change programme called TLC (Take a moment, Lead by example, Challange -Don’t walk by). This initiative is focused on the behavioural aspects of our staff and is continually evolving above and beyond our robust safety management systems.
